Pre-Natal Yoga : Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening prenatal yoga series. This 8 week yoga series will help prepare you for birth and motherhood. This is also a great chance to meet other moms-to-be in your community.
Couple Pre-Natal Yoga: This popular class is taught by experienced pre-natal yoga instructor Hannah Day, and sells out every time. It occurs monthly at MOGA on a Sunday, from 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm. $35 per couple (tax included, $20 for moms registered in any current prenatal series). The room will be set up for you – no need to bring anything! Tea will also be served.
You will be guided through a gentle flow class ending in a sweet, bonding savasana. You will also learn a couple of partner yoga poses that can be done at home. This class is suitable for all trimesters and individuals new to yoga.
