Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening prenatal yoga series. This 8 week yoga series will help prepare you for birth and motherhood. This is also a great chance to meet other moms-to-be in your community.
This is a pre-registered series with one class per week. If baby comes early, or you need to leave the series because of a medical condition, we can credit you towards Mom & Baby Yoga / Fitness classes. Our series includes a private Facebook group.
Mondays from 5:30pm – 6:45pm, September 11 – October October 30, 2017
Sunday from 11:00-12:15, September 24 – November 12, 2017

Mat and Props are provided. For you safety and wellbeing, please have this form filled out by your health care provider and bring it to class. To keep a calm space, please no siblings.
