Fitness & Yoga

We are a group of moms who have pulled together to provide a safe, supportive and uplifting environment for other moms. We want everyone we come in contact with to leave feeling a little lighter, and a little more joyful. Please help us foster this environment! Say hi or give a smile to the mom next to you; stay after class and chat over some complimentary tea. As moms, we’re all in this together and we’re all doing our best!

  • Yoga – we offer classes for every stage, whether babe is safe in your belly, newborn, a busy crawler, toddler, or kid yoga! Craving alone time on the mat? We have mom-only classes too! All levels welcome.
  • Barre & Pilates
  • Indoor and outdoor bootcamps
  • Stroller running groups and training for special races and events.

 

 

Private Lessons
