A lover of life, an enthusiast of our Earth, and a humble student of all things health + wellness. I began my yoga journey in my early teens, practicing often during school to help me slow down and reconnect. In 2019 I travelled to India to further my personal practice and learn from a number of different teachers. I finished two separate teacher trainings; yin yoga & yoga nidra, as well as a multi-style yoga teacher training (incorporating traditional hatha, ashtanga, and vinyasa). Upon arriving back to Canada, I felt the urge to learn more but also the desire shift my focus on women and babies. With this in mind, I finished my training with Toronto Yoga Mamas as a birth doula. I am beyond excited to now bring both passions together as a pre-natal MOGA teacher!
