Hi I'm Tasha! RYT 200, and MOGA Prenatal & Mom and Baby yoga teacher from Ontario, Canada. Yoga has been an integral part of my lifestyle for 10+ years. Yoga has provided the opportunity to disrupt my autopilot, and work towards stepping into my full potential. I love teaching mamas because I AM a mama- I know first hand how having a yoga practice is beneficial during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
